TIMELINE: After placing the order you will receive in 5 business days a digital proof with your wording. After the approval of print, your order will go to production. Please allow 10 business days for production. DESCRIPTION
Papira’s signature fabric banners are artisanally made for special events and celebrations. Fabric signs can be artfully draped or hung to create stunning visual impact. Fabric printing adds a touch of timeless sophistication to your event, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Please note due to the nature of the printing process and material, slight imperfections may occur.
CUSTOMIZATION/PROOF
You will receive one complimentary digital proof of your sign to approve. Â If needed, one round of minor revisions is also complimentary. This is limited to spelling/information updates, and changing the ink color. To see different fonts/calligraphy and a new layout a design fee will be quoted.
After the approval of print, your order will go to production.
PRODUCTION
Production time is 10 business days. Shipping times are separate and vary depending on the destination.
Please place the order at least 5 weeks before your wedding day to allow time for design and print production (shipping timeframes are in addition to this production time). We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is not enough time to complete production, in this case, a refund will be provided minus any credit card processing fees and design work.
The overall production and delivery time of your banner is highly dependent on the customer response rate to the proof. Only once approved, will your banner go into production.
Refund: Every banner is made to order. As this is a custom order, we do not offer refunds.
SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express (prices and estimated shipping times are available at checkout). International orders outside the European Union may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country, these are the responsibility of the client. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
All our domestic orders are shipped with Fan Courier.
