During the consultation phase, conducted via email, we will guide you through any questions you may have, whether about the process, paper choices, colors, printing techniques, or finishes. Together, we will refine the proposal until it reflects the right balance for your vision, needs, and overall investment. Once we reach an aligned direction, we move forward with the booking stage. * To experience our materials firsthand, we recommend our sample pack. It includes a curated selection of papers, printing techniques, and finishing details, along with examples from past orders that reflect your chosen style. While not exact replicas, these samples showcase similar materials, methods, and overall aesthetic.Further details on how to order the sample pack will be shared via email upon request.
Once you are ready to move forward, we will provide an invoice to secure your project in our calendar. Payment confirms your booking and allows us to begin creating your stationery. Our payment structure is designed to be simple and seamless. A 40% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining payable upon approval of your final digital proof.
After your booking is confirmed, please provide the final text for each piece of your stationery, along with your selections for the color palette, art prints, fonts, and any reference images for custom illustrations. Once we have all your details, we will begin preparing your digital proof. This process typically takes around 5 business days. Depending on feedback, reaching the final approval for print may take a few additional days.You will receive a detailed digital proof of your invitation suite for review. Two rounds of revisions are included to ensure your suite reflects your vision perfectly, with additional revisions available for an additional fee. Once you approve the final proof, we will issue the final invoice and move forward to production.
At this stage, you will receive the final invoice, and production will begin once payment is confirmed.Production timelines are as follows: Digital printing typically takes 10–15 business days, while specialty printing, including Letterpress, Foil Press, and Blind Emboss, requires approximately 25 business days. Rush production is available for an additional fee, with expedited timelines of 5–7 business days for digital printing and 15 business days for specialty printing..
Once your order has been printed and assembled, we carefully package each piece to ensure it arrives safely. We ship Worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be included in the final invoice.
Shipments to the USA are tariff-free. For all other international shipments outside the EU, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or tariffs are levied by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the client. These fees are not included in the cost of the stationery.
Transit is typically 1–2 business days within the EU and approximately 5 business days for shipments outside the EU. Please note that we do not provide mailing services.
