Design specifications

Our semi-custom designs are created in the distinctive aesthetic of Papira. While the design itself remains unchanged, all wording can be tailored to reflect your celebration.

Digital Proof

You will receive a digital proof for review, including layout, wording, sizing, and color.

Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are available for an additional fee.

Once the final proof has been approved, no further changes can be made and the design will proceed to production.

Colors

We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible; however, slight variations between screen and print are to be expected, as all screens display color differently.

Variations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our materials, variations in tone, texture, thickness, and edges may occur from piece to piece.

Letterpress, foil, and emboss printing are artisanal processes, and slight variations are a natural part of their character. These are not considered defects, but part of the final result.

Payment

Orders are confirmed with a 40% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining 60% is due prior to production.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card, as indicated on your invoice.

Production errors

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval. We are not responsible for errors present in approved artwork.

If a printing error occurs on our part (where the final product differs from the approved proof), we will reprint the affected items at no additional cost.

If errors result from incorrect or incomplete information provided, or from approved proofs, reprinting and delivery costs will be the responsibility of the client.

Production time

Digital proofs are typically delivered within 5 business days. Once approved and paid, production timelines are as follows:

– Letterpress, foil, and emboss: approximately 20-25 business days

– Digital printing: approximately 10-15 business days

Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, and within Romania via FanCourier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be included in the final invoice.

Shipments to the USA are tariff-free.

For all other international shipments outside the EU, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or tariffs are levied by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the client. These fees are not included in the cost of the stationery.

For shipments within the EU, prices do not include VAT. The applicable VAT of the destination country will be added to the quote. If the invoice is issued to a registered business with a valid VAT number, VAT will not apply. Invoices issued to individuals will include the applicable VAT.

Transit is typically 1–2 business days within the EU and approximately 5 business days for shipments outside the EU.

Please note that we do not provide mailing services. Once your suites have been delivered, any further handling or distribution is the responsibility of the client. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by postal or courier services used by the client.

All design, imagination, graphics, texts, and products presented on this site are the exclusive property of Papira and are protected by copyright unless otherwise indicated. All images, the graphics used in the layout process are exclusive property with the copyright of Papira. These designs, images, and graphics cannot be used for personal use, reproduction, creation of derivative works, or for any other purpose. We reserve the right to feature completed work on our website and social media.

Return, exchange, or cancellation

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our work, all orders are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Please review your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days.

If a printing error occurs on our part, we will reprint or refund the affected items. Errors approved in the final proof are the responsibility of the client.
