SHIPPING
1. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link where you can track your delivery.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, and within Romania via FanCourier.
For shipments outside the EU, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or tariffs are levied by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the client. These fees are not included in the cost of the stationery or shop products.
3. DELIVERY COSTS
Shop Orders: Delivery is calculated based on the destination:
– Romania: from 25 RON
– Other countries: from €25
Wedding Stationery: Shipping is tailored to your project and destination, ranging approximately from €50 to €200.
All orders include tracking and full support throughout their journey.
4. DELIVERY TIME
You will be notified when the parcel has left us. The transit time depends on the delivery address provided.
– Romania: 1-2 business days
– EU: 1-2 business days
– Other European Countries: 1-3 business days
– UK and USA: 3-5 business days
– Rest of the World: 4-7 business days
5. TERMS OF DELIVERY
PAPIRA ALE S.R.L. ensures that all PRODUCTS are properly packaged and accompanied by the necessary shipping documentation.
The customer must be available to receive the order at the delivery address provided when the order was placed. Delivery is considered complete once the customer receives the package.
For shipments outside the EU, customs may request additional personal documentation to release the package. Customers are responsible for responding promptly to any communications from the courier regarding such requests to ensure smooth delivery.
6. PRODUCT RECEPTION
The customer is required to sign the delivery voucher (AWB) provided by the courier upon receipt of the package. Upon delivery, the customer should check the products for any damage or missing items. Any defects or issues discovered upon opening the package must be reported to us within 3 business days from the delivery date.
7. COURIER LIABILITY
We partner with trusted couriers such as DHL and FanCourier to ensure safe delivery. However, Papira cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the courier during transit.
