The process starts by providing an introduction about your wedding: the mood and style, the colour palette, any specific/special elements you want incorporated in the design, as well as your budget. The more information the better. Feel free to share with us your inspiration, links to photos and Pinterest boards, all of which is going to help us better understand what you want and what you love. We manage all communication via email, as we've found this helps keep all the small , but important, details organised and easy to reference throughout the design process. This approach has worked well for our clients and ensures a smooth and thorough experience from start to finish.
Once we have an idea of the wedding's aesthetic and budget we will send you a few quote proposals. After examining the offers and deciding if you want to proceed with us, the next step is for the advance payment to be made (40% of the total sum). The payment is done through credit card or bank transfer, according to the invoice that we will send. Now we will also set the production deadline.
Once the booking is done, we can start the creative process, and put together the digital proof. Please allow us 15 business days for this step. 3 revisions are included in the cost of the custom design. Additional revisions will be charged an additional fee.
Once you are satisfied with the final design and we have your approval of the final digital proof, your order will go into production. For this we will issue the final invoice with the remaining balance and the shipping cost. After your order is printed and assembled, we will make sure that everything is carefully packed to be delivered to you safely. We deliver worldwide with DHL Express. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be included in the final invoice. Shipments to the USA are tariff-free. For all other international shipments outside the EU, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or tariffs are levied by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the client. These fees are not included in the cost of the stationery. We must also note that we do not offer mailing services and once the goods are delivered, any further handling of the suites is the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for any losses, damages or delays by the post offices the client chooses to mail their invitations with.
Our clients who choose to go with a custom design invest between 10,000 EUR and 15,000 EUR. The quote proposals are based on the quantity needed, printing methods, materials, embellishments, and the overall complexity of the project. The typical lead time for bespoke stationery is 9-10 weeks.
