WHAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED FOR THE INVITATIONS IN THE COLLECTION? 

Invitations in the Semi-Custom collection can be customized, depending on color preference, text, font, paper type, printing method, and size:

– changing the font

– changing the color palette

– changing the paper type

– changing the envelope type

– changing the printing method

– adding/removing embellishments (envelope liner, wrap, wax seal, silk ribbon, twine, custom venue illustration, and so on)

 
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY?

The minimum number of invitations that can be ordered is 20 pieces/of text. You may add in increments of 5.

 

I HAVE AN EXACT IDEA OF HOW I WANT OUR WEDDING INVITATIONS TO LOOK. CAN YOU DO SOMETHING COMPLETELY CUSTOM?

HOW SOON SHOULD I ORDER THE INVITATIONS?

Please place your order at least 5 months before the event for pre-design invitations and at least 7 months before for the full custom invitations.

 

CAN YOU SEND ME A SAMPLE?

To experience our materials firsthand, we recommend our sample pack. It includes a curated selection of papers, printing techniques, and finishing details, along with examples from past orders that reflect your chosen style. While not exact replicas, these samples showcase similar materials, methods, and overall aesthetic. Further details on how to order the sample pack will be shared via email upon request.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY INVITATIONS? CAN YOU PROCESS A RUSH ORDER?

Within around 5 business days after placing a semi-custom order you will receive the digital proof, to see the text framing and the correctness of the wording, as well as the overall look of your semi-custom selections.

The production time:

– DIGITAL PRINTING: 10-15 working days, from the final approval of the digital proof and the payment confirmation

– LETTERPRESS PRINTING, FOIL PRESS PRINTING, BLIND EMBOSS:   20-25 business days, from the final approval of the digital proof and the payment confirmation

In order to rush the order to 5-7 working days (digital printing), respectively 15 working days (letterpress/foil press printing/blind emboss), a rush fee will be charged. 

 

WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, and within Romania via FanCourier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be included in the final invoice. Shipments to the USA are tariff-free. For all other international shipments outside the EU, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or tariffs are levied by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the client. These fees are not included in the cost of the stationery. For shipments within the EU, prices do not include VAT. The applicable VAT of the destination country will be added to the quote. If the invoice is issued to a registered business with a valid VAT number, VAT will not apply. Invoices issued to individuals will include the applicable VAT. Transit is typically 1–2 business days within the EU and approximately 5 business days for shipments outside the EU.

 

HOW IS THE PAYMENT DONE?

Our payment structure is designed to be simple and seamless. A 40% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining payable upon approval of your final digital proof.

 

MY WEDDING INVITATIONS ARE NOT HOW I EXPECTED THEM TO LOOK. CAN WE RETURN THEM AND GET A REFUND?

Custom/pre-design invitations cannot be exchanged nor do we offer a refund. We will work with you until you are satisfied with the final design form, so there won’t be any possibility for the order to not be to your liking. Refunds are not granted for color differences between the digital form and the printed product, or any grammatical/spelling errors that are the customer’s responsibility to check. Once we have your approval of the final design proof, any missed mistakes are not our responsibility.

 

COLOURS DIFFER FROM THE DIGITAL PROOF. WHY?

Slight color differences between the design proof and the physical/printed product are absolutely possible and to be expected.

All screens are calibrated differently. We do our best to make sure that our colors match the printed result/physical product, but we cannot see what you see on the screen.  The monitor calibration only helps you in seeing the colors as close as possible to the actual values behind the image, nothing more. Multiple calibrated monitors don’t mean monitors that display the same values. It’s different from what you see at home with what we see, although both monitors are calibrated.  So, if you have a calibrated monitor, it doesn’t mean that the image has to come out like on the screen because it doesn’t come out and it’s something else entirely.

 

DO YOU ALSO MAKE THE REST OF THE WEDDING STATIONERY?

Of course, we also offer the rest of the day of stationery. Menus, table numbers, place cards, escort cards, guest lists, and guestbooks, can all be done in the same design as the chosen invitation model. Even if these items are not presented alongside each invitation model, we are happy to create them for you at no additional design cost.

 

I SAW A DESIGN ON PINTEREST, CAN YOU COPY IT?

We can inspire ourselves from images that you have seen and use as inspiration for your wedding invitation, but we cannot (legally and morally) copy the work of other artists, nor do we want to do so.

 

HOW CAN I ORDER? CAN WE COMMUNICATE BY PHONE?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do. We work with couples all over the world. Delivery is made exclusively through DHL Express.

 

DO YOU OFFER YOUR INVITATIONS IN DIGITAL FORMAT?

We do not offer digital invitations. We have chosen to sell only physical products, therefore the only digital element that we make available to the customer is the digital proof, where you can see what the final invitation will look like. All prices presented on the site are for physical stationery, not digital files.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY IF THERE IS A PRINTING ERROR?

-if there is a typo error on our part (the text printed on the invitation differs from the last digital layout on which the client has given his consent to print), the invitations will be reprinted at our expense and, the customer will not have to pay anything.

– the company cannot be held liable for the faulty execution of an order except within the limit of the value of the order in question. This means either returning the amount paid or redoing the order.  More about the return policy can be found HERE. 

-if the error occurred due to incorrect or incomplete communication of data by the customer, or if the error exists on the final digital proof on the client gave their approval for print, they will have to pay the cost of the order again, including shipping, if he wants to redo it. It is considered a new order, the one in which the error occurred is already honored and covered by GEO 34/2014, art. 16, lit. C.

 

CAN WE PRINT OUR INVITATIONS IN ANY LANGUAGE?

Yes, of course, we can make your invitations in several languages. For each layout with different text/ in another language, an additional fee will be charged. You just have to send us the final texts, exactly how you want them to appear.
